The following letter contains comment responses to the first round of FDP comments
received from staff on the KS146 Midtown Gardens project dated February 26, 2021.
Please refer to the accompanying architectural elevations, plans, and details for
additional information.
PLANNING SERVICES
Comment 2
Response: All projections have been dimensioned on the elevations as requested.
Comment 3
Response: All trees and landscaping have been removed from AE3 and AE4 for clarity.
Comment 6
Response: Refer to sheet AE9 which has been added to include a comparison matrix
between the pre-hearing design and the current submission.
INTERNAL SERVICES
Comment 1
Response: Per discussion with Russell Hovland the 40’ reduced yard with 3-hour ratings
is the path for compliance that we will pursue.
