Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Monday, May 7, 1990*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City Hall,
will hold a public hearing on a proposed development in your neighborhood.
The proposed project is commonly known as Oakridge West Master Plan
Amendment, Case #23-87C, and Supertots at Oakridge West, 2nd Filing -
Preliminary and Final, Case #23-87D.
The applicants are requesting to amend the approved Master Plan to include
day care centers, located south of Harmony Road, on the west side of Lemay
Avenue. The property is zoned b-p, Planned Business; i-p, Industrial Park; and
r-p, Planned Residential. The applicants are also requesting a 10,500 s.f. day
care center on 1.15 acres, located approximately 1/2 mile south of Harmony
Road on the west side of South Lemay Avenue, zoned b-p, planned business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this
meeting, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet
of the project based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have
