Dear Sirs:
A number of weeks ago I signed a petition concerning a proposed "psychiatric'
hospital"'to be located on South Lemay.
Unfortunately, I received further information about the project after I signed
the petition.
This letter is to inform you that perhaps a number of people may have signed this
petition without adequate information about the project.
Both sides of the project need to be presented when signing a petition.

Lemay Avenue from the proposed facility to be built and operated by

seen to date., we are not opposed to the location of this facility.
