Enclosed I have included various items that you should included as part of
our submittal package to the Planning and Zoning Board.
Included please find:
1. A letter from Gary Haxton and a report on our trip to several of NCI's
facilities in Texas.
2. A memorandum from Mike Byrne, President of GT Land Colorado, Inc., the
landowners to the west and south of HCI's project.
3. The list of names and addresses of property owners invited to the first
neighborhood meeting (April 28th).
4. A copy of the letter and information sheet sent as an invitation to
that meeting.
5. Copies of letter and a fact sheet sent to:
a. Golden Meadows Homeowners Association members
b. Known petition signers
c. Golden Meadows babysitting co-op members
There was a total of 231 letters sent to property owners after the
first neighborhood meeting.
6. A copy of E.F. Hutton's report for investors regarding Healthcare
international's stock as an investment.
7. A copy of Healthcare International's brochure.
We have also received a number of letters (some of which are enclosed) sent
by people in favor of the proposed project. If you would like to review
these letters, please let me know.
