Dear Resident,
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Monday, June 22, 1987*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City
Hall, will hold a public hearing on a proposed development in your neigh-
borhood. The proposed project is commonly referred to as a Oak Ridge.,West
Master Plan, #23-87.
The applicant is seeking approval for 6.01 acres of church, 7.7 acres of
retail/off ice, and 14.01 acres of health care clinic. The project is
located on the west side of Lemay Avenue, approximately 1/4 mile south of
Harmony Road and is zoned b-p, Planned Business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider
your input on this matter an extremely important element in the City's
review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written
comments are welcome.
