The Larimer County Planning Department has referred your request for a
six-month extension for the preliminary plan of East Prospect Estates Subdivi-
sion to the City of Fort Collins for our review and recommendation.
The City's Planning and Zoning Board will consider your request and make a
recommendation to Larimer County at the November 21, 1988 Board mecting.
This meeting begins at 6:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the New Munici-
pal Building (300 Laporte Avenue). Your attendance at this hearing is
suggested, so that if questions arise regarding this matter, you may be able to
provide answers and additional information for the Board's review purposes.
