Concrete was scheduled for 4:00pm and when terracon tester showed up at 3:50, they were already getting ready to place the last truck. Crosspan for Debra Dr and Baggins Dr had already been completed before tester was present and test ran. Terracon informed JC with TCS that the concrete hold time for the batach was approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes.
