Virtually none of the utilities are visible on the scaled landscape plan, so we are unable to evaluate the extent of conflicts. The plans have been revised. It appears that this area is draining out towards the street, through the drive approach. If so, please revise. No more than 750 sq. ft. of pavement can drain through the drive approach and across public sidewalk. A sidewalk chase may be needed to convey the water under the sidewalk to get to the curb and gutter. The grading has been revised so that half of the driveway drains to the chase east of Building #1 and the other half drains over the sidewalk. Since this is a new project, it is required to follow current design criteria. Escrow Calculation was not recieved in the Stormwater Packet. That too will have to be submitted. At this time the comments from the prior round are still valid and need to be met before the project is approved at FDP. The report has been provide with the submittal. 10/15/2014: The site disturbs more than 10,000 sq-ft and in a sensitive area, therefore Erosion and Sediment Control Materials need to be submitted for FDP. The erosion control requirements are in the Stormwater Design Criteria under the Amendments of Volume 3 Chapter 7 Section 1.3.3. Current Erosion Control Materials Submitted does not meet requirements. Comment Number: 4 Comment Originated: 02/18/2015 Consider pulling back the 3' wide landscape islands, or all of the deeper islands located between the garages so that the ends of the islands don't get run over, and so that these island depths are more in proportion with a car depth. The main concern is building six. Also consider defining the islands with a concrete curb, rock mulch edge detail, landscape boulders or some combination -- to define the island edges, better contain the rock mulch and to make the islands more identifiable for snow removal.
