AD13-28 OF THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT, AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE UNIT OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT 1, EVERGREEN PARK FOURTH FILING WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Director of Planning, Development, and Transportation Service Unit to vacate certain easements by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such dedication; and WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a drainage easement on lot 1, Evergreen Park Fourth Filing, as more particularly described on Exhibit "A". WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City Departments and utility providers, which departments and utility providers report no objection to the vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Planning, Development, and Transportation Service Unit of the City of Fort Collins, that the drainage easement on Lot 1, Evergreen Park Fourth Filing, as more particularly described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby vacated.
