Utility Plans:
1. The owner has decided not to plat the property so all utility, drainage, emergency
access easements as well as additional right-of-way will need to be dedicated by
separate document. Standard deed language will be provided to the owner. There
is an additional TDRF fee of $250 per easement/right-of-way to dedicated
easements/right-of-way by separate document. Please contact me for additional
information on the process to dedicated by separate document or visit the weblink
to the Engineering Department development review website:

2. Documentation of the land valuation is needed for the additional right-of-way that
will be purchased for the right turn lane.
3. Please submit the DCP application form and contact me to schedule the DCP
meeting.
4. At the transformer location a note has been added to see note 11- please revise.

5. Please label the 2ft pan drainage detail on sheet C602 as "on site"
