The only other cut will include stripping of the site. * Resolved Issues displayed with a gray background Page 1 of 8 April 24, 2013 Project: Engines Lab Parking at Northside Atzalan Community Center Project Description: This is a request to add 44 parking spaces west of the detention pond on EconoLub and on city -owned property. While this isn't a property line it acts somewhat like one in dividing the property. It should include at least three trees. After discussions with Ken Mannon and Gary Lopez on site, we have indicated a new trash enclosure for the EconoLube property and an additional trees in the westernmost parking lot island. * Resolved Issues displayed with a gray background Page 1 of 8 April 24, 2013 r Project: Engines Lab Parking at Northside Atzalan Community Center Project Description: This is a request to add 44 parking spaces west of the detention pond on EconoLub and on city -owned property. The two properties will need to also be brought up to the LUC standards to the extent reasonably feasible. Well review those properties separately.
