An easement vacation request needs to be submitted since the proposed building is located within a
drainage easement. The $400 TDRF for the vacation needs to be paid and a legal description provided
to start this process.
The area proposed to be vacated needs to be shown on the plans.
Triple street cut fees will apply for the utility cut in the recently constructed roadway.
The plans need to show the street as it exists (both sides). The curb, gutter and sidewalk need to be
shown as it exits. This has all been built and accepted and needs to be shown as existing. The patching
that is shown on the plans extends further than shown since the roadway has been improved. Also note
that the curb, gutter and sidewalk along the north side is to be removed and replaced.
What type of curb is on the south side of Buckingham? Is it roll or Hollywood? Whichever it is the curb
detail for that type needs to be added to the plans.
Details 702 and 1601 need to be added to the plans.
