Per the information that they have provided to me to date this easement is a private easement between Taco Johns and the owner of the rest of the subdivision. So this is not an easement that the City can vacate or that we have any rights to use. Per my last conversation with them they were planning on dedicating a replacement easement for the relocated sewer line to the City — since we don't own the rest of the easement and because of that the line within that easement, do we want a replacement easement dedicated to the City? Please review the request and let me know if you have any issues or concerns regarding the easement vacation requests. 2015 if you have any issues or concerns, if I don't hear from you by that date, I will assume you have no objections to the proposed vacation.
