We are replacing the existing second level deck and adding a spiral staircase to ground level on the western -most end of the deck. We had a utility location performed; it should only one utility line within the easement on our lot, that being a Qwest line arcing through the eastern portion of the lot. With the spiral staircase, we will encroach upon only the west portion of the easement, avoiding the Qwest line by many feet. Please seethe attached site map drawing for details.
