Transfort operates 2 routes on Harmony Road adjacent to this site. A bus stop is utilized at the northwest corner of Harmony Road and Technology Parkway, it is; not ADA accessible and does not meet our transit design standards. In accordance with the LUC, this development shall upgrade this stop to at a minimum meet ADA accessibility. Because this is a challenging site, I think it would be best to plan a brief site visit to discuss how';this can be accommodated. Please get in touch with me to plan a visit. Plans will need to be revise. Response: Plans have been revised showing additional lighting' in the immediate area around the loading dock in order to bring the minimum average illuminance to 5fc. Light fixture Z4 appears to be up -lighting. Please provide details that indicate that the light will be locked into a down directional position. Response: Note has been added to light fixture schedule indicating Type Z4 fixture is used for temporary maintenance only. The fixtures will be adjusted so they remain locked in a downward direction. A note has been added stating no storage or vehicle use shall be allowed in the landscape areas.
