I did have a chance to discuss this with folks and the direction is that the street scape to the east adjacent to the existing
City building should be continued west along this block in width, pattern, and design. What this means is that if the curb
line is moved north to provide for on -street parking then additional right-of-way will be needed to accommodate this
street scape. As we discussed the need to dedicate additional right-of-way will impact the butterfly building and require
it to be moved to accommodate the street scape and parking.
