The 6' utility easements are located between Lots 16 and 17, Block 12. We must vacate 3' of each easement. Due to the utility easements on Lots 16 and 17, Block 12 the required setbacks only allow for a 39' building envelope which violates the standard building envelope required in the subdivision. This phase of construction is complete. These two easements were not used by Fort Collins Light and Power, Excel Gas, Century Link Telephone or Comcast Cable. We do not foresee any issues arising from the vacation of these utility easements.
