As the owners of the above property, we are aware of the proposed construction, grading &
retaining walls at 621 S Meldrum St. i am also aware the fence on my property may need
moved out of the right-of-way or temporarily relocated during construction. As the owners of
617 S Meldrum St, I will allow for the required construction and willgrantTemporary
Construction Easement for any grading work needed on my property. Prior to excavation
evaluate impact to off -site trees with a certified arborist and coordinate with adjacent property
owner(s).
