Once I have more information I can talk to CDOT and traffic about this and can determine what needs to be done. - This was settled in the Music District BDR. CDOT has replaced this driveway, and we will not be altering this driveway in this phase. Therefore, it is to remain in place. Where is the right-of-way line in relation to the proposed stairs? Neither the stairs nor the hand rail associated with the stairs can be located within the right-of-way. Per the stair detail and the plan view drawing the hand rail would extend 1 foot into the sidewalk along College. This doesn'twork. - The previous detail was incorrect, as it included one extra riser. See plans for updated detail section, which now results in the handrail out of the right-of-way. The large pine tree to be retained in the island west of the building is shown on sheet LS 100 but not on other sheets. This tree is on the original approved plans and needs to be retained. Please contact the City Forester for an on -site meeting to review any impacts to existing trees. - There will be two existing trees transplanted into the new parking island. See attached plans. Secondly, the large pine near College Ave (I think this is what you are referring to) is to be removed. This is included in the Music District BDR, and was approved during that process.
