That, coupled with the fact that you're proposing to close both the access on College and Locust is very helpful from a transportation point of view. Therefore we can waive the TIS requirements. I spoke with CDOT, and they concur. You will need to fill out the paperwork for the access closure, but it doesn't require a study. You can use this email for your submittal at PDP so the folks at the counter know not to require a TIS for submittal. Thanks — martina Martina Wilkinson, P.E. We are working towards our PDP submittal and need to get a few things checked off the list. You had a comment regarding the potential of the traffic study being waived. Should we plan submitting for PDP without the traffic study? We could always provide this with the second round of review. Please let me know what your thoughts are on this approach.
