AD14-8 OF THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT, AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE UNIT OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A PORTION OF AN EXISTING UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 1, REPLAT OF DRAKE PARK WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Director of Planning, Development, and Transportation Service Unit to vacate certain easements by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such dedication; and WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a portion of an existing utility easement, which vacation is needed to accommodate an approved building expansion and which vacation is more particularly described on Exhibit "A". WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City Departments and utility providers, which departments and utility providers report no objection to the vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Planning, Development, and Transportation Service Unit of the City of Fort Collins, that a portion of a utility easement on Lot 1, Replat of Drake Park, as more particularly described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby vacated.
