Enclosed you will find pages 6 and 7 of the Amended Development Agreement as executed by
L. Jeff Jones, witnessed and notarized as required.
Also enclosed is a check for $61.00 to the Larimer County Recorder for recordation costs
($56.00) as well as for the recording of two "page 7's" (added $5.00) — due to the signature of
Johnson Investments, Inc. being transmitted separately.
Our potential purchaser has agreed to extend our deadline for full execution of this document
through this Thursday. We would appreciate your assistance in obtaining the full executed of
this document Thursday as well as providing us with a scanned copy back upon execution by the
City.
Once again, we appreciate the assistance that you and others within the city have provided
throughout this process.
