Dear Resident,
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Monday, June 22, 1987*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City
Hall, will hold a public hearing on a proposed development in your neigh-
borhood. The proposed project is commonly referred to as a Recycling Col-
lection Center, #26-87.
The applicant is seeking approval for a 6,640 square foot recycling col-
lection center on .75 acre. The project is located at 725 East Vine Drive,
which is south of East Vine Drive and west of Lemay Avenue and is zoned
I-P, Planned Industrial.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider
your input on this matter an extremely important element in the City's
review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written
comments are welcome.
