The proposed project is commonly referred to as Anderson Dental Clinic - RE Non -Residential Use Request, #25-87. The applicant is seeking approval for a 1,478 square foot professional office on a 7,000 square foot lot. The project is located at 523 South Remington Street and is zoned R-H, High Density Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal.
