RE: Request For Street Signs For AUNTIE STONE STREET
The Department of Development Services has formally named the new collector
street in front of the new Olander Elementary School as AUNTIE STONE
STREET.
This school is located north of Horsetooth Road and west of Taft Hill Road.
The . purpose of this memo is to officially request that your department begin
the review and requisition process to place street name signs out on the new
street.
I have talked to Mark. Sears, Civil Engineer, and Project Manager for the Taft
Hill Road Horsetooth Road improvement project. He has granted permission
to fund the request for street name signs out of this project. All expenses
related to this request should be routed to Mark Sears for payment.
Please keep in mind that AUNTIE STONE STREET is a collector in case the
signs need to be larger than if it were a local street:.
The Poudre R-1 School District is aware of the street name selection.
