On December 18, 1989 the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Fort
Collins, approved the above referenced project with the following condition:
All storm drainage plans shall be completed by the applicant, and reviewed and
approved by the City's Stormwater Uitlity prior to the City of Fort Collins
executing and recording the P.U.D. documents.
