NOTICE OF HEARING
DECISION
January 12, 2016
Dear Public Hearing Attendee:
This letter is being sent to let you know the Hearing Officer has made a
decision on a recent hearing you attended. Attached to this letter you will
find a copy of the Type 1 Administrative Hearing Findings, Conclusions and
Decision for the CSU Health and Medical Center Plat, Final Development Plan
#150039.
This final decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer may be appealed to
the City Council, in accordance with Chapter 2, Article II, Division 3 of the
City Code, within 14 calendar days of the date of decision dated January 11,
2016 by the Hearing Officer. The deadline to file an appeal is 5:00 p.m. on
January 25, 2016. Guidelines explaining the appeal process, including the
Code provisions previously referenced, can be found online at
fcgov.com/cityclerk/appeals.php, or may be obtained in the City Clerk’s
Office at 300 LaPorte Avenue.

Located at the northwest corner of
South College and Prospect.
PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION
This is a proposed final plat for the
CSU Health and Medical Center.
The Plat shows proposed lot lines,
easements and dedications and is
required to go to a public hearing
for review and approval by an
administrative Hearing Officer.
The site is approximately 5 acres.
The site plan layout, building design
and landscape design approved by
the Planning and Zoning Board for
the CSU Health and Medical Center
is not a subject of this hearing. The
hearing is for the proposed Plat.
