The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
January 24, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Coventry Subdivision -
Preliminary, #80-93.
The applicant is requesting 100 single family lots on 31 acres located on the
south side of Harmony Road immediately east of Front Range Community College,
zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential.
