RE: Extension Request - Rocky Mountain Battery & Recycling P.U.D.
Rocky Mountain Battery and Recycling P.U.D. (1475 North College
Avenue) received final approval on December 18, 1989. The time
validity for a P.U.D. is scheduled to expire on December 18, 1992.
The applicant, Dean Hoag, is requesting a two-year extension
request for the P.U.D. The new expiration date would then be
December 18, 1994. The request will be considered by the Planning
and Zoning Board on December 17, 1992.
Please review this request and comment by Friday, November 6, 1992.
