HomeMy WebLinkAboutK & M REZONING - 17-94 - SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS - ROUND 1 - PETITIONREASON FOR REQUEST At the request of the property owner, this property was annexed to the City of Fort Collins as part of the East Vine Drive 7th Annexation and zoned T-Transition, with conditions, on August 16, 1983. The property's use has been limited to farming and livestock feeding at the level which existed in 1983, as a condition of the annexation and zoning. This petition to remove the property from the T-Transition zone is made as the first step in determining a land use pattern for the ultimate development of the property. The B-P Planned Business zone was chosen because the variety of uses permitted in such district will allow for flexibility in planning a mixed use area, with a combination of residential and nonresidental uses.
