This is a proposed parking lot for 6 cars located on a vacant lot, next to the existing
Columbine Care Center. The lot will be used by the center.
A 24' wide drive provides access from Parker Street to the existing parking area on the
south side of the building.
In addition to existing vegetation, a variety of tree and shrub plantings will be provided.
On the eastern side, a berm with dense evergreens and shrubs will provide screening
from the parking lot to the existing residence to the east.
