On Thursday, November 9, 1995 at 2:00 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281
North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold
an administrative hearing to consider the request for a Minor Subdivision Review known as
Cetacean Minor Subdivision (Scuba Colorado), Case #42-95.
The applicant is requesting to create a one -lot subdivision for the purpose of building a 20,000 s.f.
retail sales and training center for Scuba Colorado. The property is located at 115 W. Harvard and
zoned HB, Highway Business.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been
missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have
the opportunity to attend.
