NOTICE
Please take notice that on November 25, 1996, the Planning and Zoning Board of the
City of FortCollins, Colorado approved the Final Plan known as the CORNERSTONE
PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH PUD, which development was submitted and processed in
accordance with Section 29-526 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins. The Site Plan of
the subject property is on file in the office of the clerk of the City of Fort Collins.
The subject property is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 1 of the Sixth Fairview Subdivision, City of Fort Collins, County of
