Per conversation with Glen Schlueter on Oct 5"
Since this is a replat of Frey Street Cottages with the infrastructure work having already
been implemented and with very little being changed in relation to the drainage, Glen
said that drainage plans can be submitted as each property applies for building permits.
A report would not be required as part of PDP Submittal
