Transformer location needs to be within 10' of an asphalt surface accessible by a line truck. A minimum clearance of 8' must be maintained in front of the transformer doors and a minimum of 3' on the sides and back. Certain building materials and or building design may require more clearance. The northern most access point - this needs to be labeled as 'right -in/ right -out' The access point to the substation - An arrow needs to be provided here to show that access is to remain. This arrow needs to be labeled 'Limited volume access'. The southern access point into the Recycle center - the label for this access needs to be changed to identify that this is to be a 3/4 access, so '3/4 access point (right -in/ right -out/ left in). I'll hold onto the sheet that has the signature block and that does not need to be redone - just provide me with a new mylar for the 2nd sheet. Topic: Lighting Plan Comment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 01/11/2016 01/11/2016: It does not appear that the lighting is meeting the requirements in LUC Section 3.2.4 in some places. Please update the lighting to ensure the following requirement is met: "Light levels measured twenty (20) feet beyond the property line of the development site (adjacent to residential uses or public rights -of -way) shall not exceed one -tenth (0.1) foot-candle as a direct result of the on -site lighting." Comment Number: 3 Comment Originated: 01/11/2016 01/11/2016: Please select a warmer color temperature for the LED light fixtures. Cooler color temperatures are harsher at night and cause more disruption to circadian rhythms for both humans and wildlife. Kelvin temperatures closer to 2700K would be preferred - though the 3000K versions of the light fixtures currently proposed would work. Department: Light And Power Contact: Rob Irish, 970-224-6167, ririshna.fcgov.com Topic: General Comment Number: 1 Comment Originated: 01/08/2016 01 /08/2016: Light & Power has existing electric facilities adjacent to the site along Timberline Rd. and also running along the South edge of the proposed site. Light & Power will have to cut into the existing facilities at the Southeast corner of the site to bring in power. Any existing electric infrastructure that is located within the limits of the project that needs to be relocated will be at the expense of the developer. If the City's existing electric facilities are to remain then they must be located within a utility easement. Page 2 of 4 0 Fort Collins January 13, 2016 Daman Holland Ripley Design, Inc. 401 W.
