Staff Review Meeting Comments 7. As indicated on the plans, the southern crosswalk, across Mason, will be constructed with this project. As there are pending projects on each of the four corners of this intersection, it seems reasonable that each project be responsible for one of the enhanced crosswalks and accompanying improvements. The three remaining crosswalks are labeled as, "Future... not a part of this project," on the site plan. 8. All necessary permits, including those for any encroachment into the right-of-way, will be obtained at the appropriate time. 2 0y7p@p@ urban design, inc.
