3. The re -submittal of the PDP was also discussed. It was agreed the PDP FBA, CityScapes,
re -submittal will be on October 27, 1998. This will give Steve his Parsons
preferred 3 weeks review time and still allow time for staff to place it on
the December 17 P&Z Hearing agenda.
4. Steve added that should the team decide to proceed with a Request for Walker, FBA
Modification of the Standards for the parking stall and aisle size
modification as we discussed at the meeting, the material to be provided for
the P&Z Board (by November 25) should also include:
1. Ten (10) copies of the Stripping Drawing
2. Ten copies of whatever other narrative and supporting
documentation the team wishes to submit in support of the
request.

1. Steve confirmed the December P&Z Hearing date is December 17,
1998.
2. In order to meet this date the following presentation material must
be submitted no later than November 30. (The design team shall,
however submit this information on November 25):
Ten (10) full size sets of the following:
1. Site Plan
2. Landscape Plan
3. Building Elevations
One (1) 8 %: a 11 PMTS (or legible small plots) of the following:
1. Site Plan
2. Landscape Plan
3. Building Elevations
Additionally, one (1) set of full size color renderings are needed of
the following so that they may be made into slides by the City.
Steve thought these are needed at the beginning of the week before
the P&Z Hearing on December 14 (Steve will confirm).
