Lemay Ave. to the west (one-way right turn in) and an interim one-way (north) street and sidewalk connection to 10t' Street are included. The site is zoned as Medium Density Mixed Use Neighborhood (M-M-N), and a modification was approved to allow a net residential density of 8.32 dwelling units per acre.
