Subject: Carriage House Apartments Final Plan Extension Request
Dear Mr. Bailey:
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 120-day
extension to the Carriage House Apartments Final Plan pursuant to Section 2.2.11(A) of
the Land Use Code. With a 120 day extension to the Wednesday, February 19, 2014
deadline, your new deadline to provide a signed development agreement, site plan and
plat on mylar will be Thursday, June 19, 2014.
Hopefully, this extension should give you sufficient time to resolve outstanding issues
associated with the project. Should you need an additional 60-day extension beyond
that provided, please make an extension request at least 7 calendar days prior to the
February 19, 2014 deadline. Please note that the Code does not authorize further
extensions to resubmit the Final Plan past the second extension deadline.
