Building elevations and lighting plan: All items have been addressed. Engineering: Item 32) Adequate public facilities. From a meeting held with Current Planning on 11/5/02 it was determined that the project will be able to proceed under the current PDP process with phasing for the three proposed buildings as shown on the Site Plan. Reference to the Land Use Code Section 3.7.3 Adequate Public Facilities Section 3.7.3.Item (C), b) and Article 5 ( page 37). Further traffic impact analysis for buildings A and B have been carried out addressing the adequate public facilities and for each building. Please see attached transportation impact study memorandums. A traffic impact study will be carried out for building C as necessary.
