Mr. Shepard:
The enclosed resubmittal prints reflect the revisions requested and
discussed. The submittal corresponds to comments received May 8, 2002.
Red line copies are enclosed, yours and Susan Joy. A copy of the prints
requested went to Sear Brown, they needed to attach Utility Plans to some
of the prints.
Please forward the Transportation Impact Study analysis to Tom Reiff.
We intend to secure a Pedestrian Access Easement from the Fire Department
in order to construct the 7 foot concrete sidewalk from this site to
Hogan Drive. We hope to have a letter of intent to accecpt the easement
within about 2 weeks.
