I would suggest that someone talk to Tess Jones at CDOT to see what she will need. I don't need any
other traffic work from a city perspective.

The file contained a reference to a previous traffic study. The memo says:
"Prior studies for same building and parking have indicated the following: Using Trip Generation, 6th
Edition, the use generates 119 daily trip ends, 8 morning peak hour trip ends, and 12 afternoon peak hour
trip ends."
Will this suffice? I'm not sure what more we can do since they are already restricted to right-in/right-out
