Dear Resident:
On Thursday, September 11, 2003, at 4:30 p.m., at the office of the City of Fort
Collins Current Planning Department, 281 North College Avenue, the Current
Planning Director will hold an administrative public hearing to consider a
development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as Drake
Water Reclamation, Replat, #17-03.
This is a request to replat the City of Fort Collins Drake Water Reclamation Plant
located on the north side of East Drake Road. (Please see map on reverse.)
The site is approximately 70 acres in size.
The Drake Water Reclamation Plant has added more land area in recent years
for buffering purposes and the replat will incorporate the newly acquired area into
one consolidated plat. There is no new plant expansion or land development
associated with this request.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor
of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
