COLLINS, CO 80524 Staff has reviewed your submittal for CITY OF FTC VEHICLE STORAGE BUILDINGS PDP - TYPE I AND FINAL PLAN, and we offer the following comments: ISSUES: Department: Engineering Issue Contact: Katie Moore Topic: Civil plans Number: 72 Created: 6/18/2004 [7/14/04] The offsite design needs a vertical curve - the grade break is over 1 % and the maximum is 0.4%. [6/18/04] Street design - C11 - The maximum grade break allowed is 0.4% and should be met even when tying to existing grades. Number: 75 Created: 7/14/2004 [7/14/04] Please work with Real Estate services to dedicate the easement for the water line for the water district. Dedication of this easement will require Council approval. Number: 77 Created: 7/16/2004 [7/16/04] The drainage alignment legals were checked for closure and are fine. The utility and drainage easement on -site legal was checked and was fine. This item should be re- named as an alignment or area (remove the word easement). Please revise and resubmit legals and re -name as an alignment (vs. easement).
