On Thursday, February 51h, 2004, at 5:30 p.m., in the City of Fort Collins City Council
Chambers, 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., 80524*, the City of Fort Collins
Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development
proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as City of Fort Collins Vehicle
Maintenance and Storage Buildings, Project Development Plan, File #23-03A.
This is a request for three vehicle storage buildings on 5.32 acres located northwest of
West Vine Drive and Wood Street. The buildings will be 15,024 square feet, 4,944
square feet, and 3,504 square feet. The site is zoned E — Employment.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to
attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the opportunity to hear from the
City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be
given the opportunity to state your views about the project.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
