On Monday, March 6th, 2006, at 4:00 p.m. in the City of Fort Collins Planning
Conference Room, 281 N. College Ave., Fort Collins, CO.*, the City of Fort Collins
Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development
proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as Cingular Taft and Elizabeth
(Cedarwood Plaza) Wireless Telecommunication Facility (Type I, #31-03A).
This is a request to install a 47-foot tall wireless monopole on the southeast of the
Cedarwood Plaza building in the service drive aisle, behind the Farmer's Table
restaurant.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to
attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the opportunity to hear from City
staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given the
opportunity to state your views about the project.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
