C CONFERENCE MEMO M® olorado 80525 (303) 226-40744074 Project Name: The Orchards at Clarendon Hills Project Number 6443 Date 12-13-89 Place Poudre Fire Authority Attendees: Warren Jones Eldon Ward Gary Nordic Dennis Donovan * Discussion: Fire Lane/Private Road vs. Residential Fite Sprinklers - Fire lanes have been: hard to find, not maintained, blocked, gravel surface deteriorated, etc. In this case, however: 1. The fire lane provides emergency access and a turn around for Paradise Lane; 2. The road will be paved (concrete if necessary), maintained by a stable Home Owners Association, defined with berming and landscaping, signed with parking restrictions, gated at Applewood Estates,'and restricted with a chain at Abbey Road. - Warren is therefore willing to consider allowing this private roadway. - Also discussed improvements in residential sprinkler systems. ACTION REQUIRED: * Check with County on PFA ability to enforce parking restrictions on Paradise Lane. * Note: I checked with County Planning.
