HomeMy WebLinkAboutRIGDEN FARM EIGHTH THE SHOPS AT RIGDEN FARM - Filed GC-GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE - 2015-12-01Marc Ragasa From: Jason Holland Sent: Wednesday, January 14, 2015 2:17 PM To: 'Kelly Kloosterman' Cc: Marc Ragasa Subject: RE: Rigden Farm - Minor Amendment Kelly, Marc explained to me that when this was discussed with staff last week, we concluded that we need the integrated color in order to make the area clearly distinct. With that in mind please specify both the integrated color and the scoring pattern. I understand that this will be an additional cost and that maintenance of colored concrete can be tricky, but this is the compromise that we came up with to allow the increase in slope. Also, I think there was some fencing proposed near the bike rack in the NW cor =er, please make sure the rack doesn't interfere with any required ADA routes. If you think this solution is acceptable as well, then we will resubmit to Ft. Collins for approval. Thank you, Kelly Kloosterman Civil Engineer Entitlement and Engineering Solutions, Inc.
