You're good to go with that item. 1 • 1 should know the total sheet count once I receive the Deed of Dedication of easement. This can be submitted anytime. The exhibits aren't final yet, but the deed just needs to make reference to those exhibits. • Depending on when the other departments finish their review and get revised Utility Plans from Charles, we may be able to get it complete by the end of the week. I'm thinking it will be complete by the beginning of next week. The check for $6,405 covers the security for erosion control (Detailed in the DA under II.Special Conditions.C.3). The $5,500 is for the College Avenue frontage. (Detailed in the DA under II.Special Conditions.D.2). Please let me know if you have any other questions. Sonnier'; Jeff County Subject: RE: Footing and Foundation permit Hi Janet, I am more than happy to meet if you would like. Here are the outstanding items required prior to project approval: • Development Agreement: You currently have the final version. Please return with signatures and recording fee check I delivered to your office the signed DA and recording fee check this afternoon. The envelope was to your attention Easement Dedications: Currently the latest revisions of legals (sent this morning) are being reviewed by surveying and technical services. This should be complete in a day or so. When the review of these items are complete, we will need the Deed of Dedication with signatures & associated recording fees. If you know the amount of recording fees please let me know so I can have a check cut and ready to go once the document is received and signed. • Utility Plans: I just sent Charles engineering's latest revisions. Stormwater is still reviewing the plans. After Charles receives stormwaters redlines & returns the latest revisions, Stormwtaer, Engineering and Technical services will verify everything is sufficient prior to printing mylar. Mylar will need signatures from outside Utilities prior to the City signing them. (South Fort Collins Sanitation District & Fort Collins Loveland Water District) When engineering receives mylars, they will be routed to City staff for signatures. When signatures are complete, we will return them to the Charles for 3 paper copies. At this point, plans are approved. Do you think this process will take us into next week before approval? • $5,500 payment in lieu for college frontage still hasn't been received. I was under the impression that our $6,405 check made payable to the City of Fort Collins Utilities and delivered to your office on 9/30/15 included the $5,500 payment. Is that not the case? If you have any other questions, please let me know. Because of the amount of money involved and the inconvenience to so many staff members, I am now having to provide detailed daily reports on the project's status. I would like to meet with you and/or Dan to get a full picture of the outstanding items and timeframe of completion. Do you have any time the next few days? I don't think the meeting will take very long. Kindly, Janet ********************** Janet E. Ritz Practice Manager Metier Law Firm, LLC 4828 S.
