Attached for your review and comment is the legal and section of the utility plan portraying the easement being vacated. Portions of the development's parking lot and retaining walls encroach into this easement, prompting the request for this easement vacation. Please let me know if you have any comments by Friday May 29`h. If I do not hear from you by this date, we will assume you have no objections to the proposed vacation.
